IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER
DROP-OFF: Children should be dropped off no earlier than 8:50 each morning. All children will report directly to their classrooms, which are located on the top floor of the education building. Children must be taken to the classroom by a parent or designated adult.
PICK-UP: All children must be picked up from their classroom by a designated adult. Dismissal is at noon.
NO COST! There is no cost to attend. Messiah Lutheran Church offers Vacation Bible School as an outreach ministry to the community.
OFFERINGS: A free will offering will be taken each day. Children are encouraged to give as they are able. Offerings this year will be used to help fund our Missional Outreach group’s project to assemble School Kits for Lutheran World Relief. More information will be sent home during the week about this project.
ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION FORMS are available from the church office or you can print one here!
PLEASE NOTE: T-shirt painting will be on Monday. T-shirts will be provided. The paint we use is PERMANENT and will not wash out of clothing. Please dress your child with this in mind.

VBS Theme for the Week – June 23-27 2025
Discovering the Bigness of God in the Smallest of Things
DAY 1: God created everything there is, and yet He still wants to spend time with me.
Bible Verse of the Day: John 1:12 ~ “But to all who did receive him, he gave them the right to be children of God, to those who believe in his name.”
Bible Story: John 1:1-3, 12; Mark 10:13-16 ~ Jesus and the Children
DAY 2: God keeps the whole universe going, and yet He still cares about what’s happening to me.
Bible Verse of the Day: Deuteronomy 31:8b ~ “He will not leave you or abandon you. Do not be afraid or discouraged.”
Bible Story: Mark 4:1, 35-41 ~ Jesus Calmed the Storm
DAY 3: God is not OK with sin, and yet He still loves sinners like me.
Bible Verse of the Day: Romans 5:8 ~ “But God proves his own love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
Bible Story: John 4:1-42 ~ The Woman at the Well
DAY 4: Jesus came to save the world, and that includes me.
Bible Verse of the Day: John 3:16 ~ “For God loved the world in this way: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.”
Bible Story: John 3:1‑21; 18‑20; 1 Corinthians 15:6 ~ Jesus and Nicodemus
DAY 5: God is faithful with the big things in my life, and He will be faithful with the small things too.
Bible Verse of the Day: Psalm 100:5 ~ “For the LORD is good, and his faithful love endures forever; his faithfulness, through all generations.”
